Initial Warranty Period & Covered Products

This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components purchased in new condition from SUGOGO or an authorized retailer.

• Frame: 1-year limited warranty
• Motor: 1-year limited warranty
• Battery: 6-month limited warranty
• Controller and display: 1-year limited warranty
• Charger: 6-month limited warranty

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper storage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading
• Consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, grips, or accessories

How to File a Warranty Claim
