Thank you for shopping at SUGOGO. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.

1. 30-Day Risk-Free Return

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included parts.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sugogo.official@gmail.com with your order number.

Non-Quality Related Returns and Exchanges:
For returns or exchanges requested for reasons unrelated to a product defect, damage, or other quality issue, the customer is responsible for a $140 USD return shipping fee.

If the customer places a new order for another SUGOGO product as part of an exchange, SUGOGO will waive the $140 return shipping fee for the original product.

If the customer does not place a new replacement order and instead chooses to return the original product for a refund, the $140 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-quality related reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong model, color, range, size, or configuration;
  • Changing your mind or product preference;
  • Finding the product too heavy or otherwise unsuitable for personal needs;
  • Wanting to switch to a different SUGOGO model;
  • Other customer-initiated return reasons where the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Shipped Orders Before Delivery:
If an order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, and the customer requests to cancel the order or receive a refund, a fixed shipping and return handling fee of $140 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your peace of mind is our priority. Every SUGOGO product is covered by a 1-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered: Major components including the motor, battery, and frame.

What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Solution: We will provide free repair services, replacement parts, or a full replacement depending on the nature of the defect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For non-quality related returns, if the customer has not placed a new replacement order, the $140 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the customer places a new order for another SUGOGO product as part of an approved exchange, the $140 return shipping fee for the original product will be waived.

For shipped orders that have not yet been delivered, the $140 USD shipping and return handling fee will be deducted before the refund is issued.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement for you at no additional cost.
