Shipping Policy

At SUGOGO, we strive to deliver your ride as quickly and safely as possible. Currently, we focus exclusively on serving the United States market to ensure the highest standard of service and reliable delivery for our riders.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the Continental United States (Lower 48 states).
Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes is currently unavailable.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping through our partners (FedEx, UPS, and USPS):
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): FREE on all orders over $50.
Note: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier efficiency.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we ship domestically within the U.S., there are no additional customs duties for orders within the Lower 48 states. However, SUGOGO is not responsible for any local state taxes applied to your order during or after shipping.

6. Damages & Missing Packages
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods. Take clear photos and contact our support team at sugogoride@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
